• The institution does not guarantee examination results.

• All study materials, notes, recorded lectures, and content provided are the intellectual property of Finact School of Professionals.
• Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.
8. Online Classes and Digital Access
• Students are responsible for maintaining necessary internet connectivity and devices for online classes.
• Login credentials provided for portals must not be shared with others.
9. Limitation of Liability
Finact School of Professionals shall not be held liable for:

• Technical issues beyond our control.
• Decisions made by professional bodies such as CMA USA or ACCA regarding exams, syllabus changes, or policies.
